We are seeking a skilled Palantir Foundry Developer with more than 3 years of experience to join our team and help design, build, and maintain data-driven solutions using the Palantir Foundry platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong skills in Foundry development (Code Repositories, Ontology, Transformations, Workflows) with UI/Frontend expertise to deliver intuitive, performant, and scalable applications for business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain data pipelines within Palantir Foundry to support business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics.
• Build user interfaces with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 that integrate seamlessly with Foundry’s data models and pipelines.
• Design interactive dashboards, forms, workflows, and visualization tools tailored for end-users.
• Work with Palantir APIs and Foundry frameworks to integrate backend data pipelines with front-end UIs.
• Optimize application performance and ensure usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Build and optimize workflows, code repositories, and data models in Foundry.
• Develop and maintain transforms, ontologies, and object models in Foundry to meet business requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across pipelines and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions from data ingestion to user-facing applications.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor Foundry applications and performance.
• Document processes, technical solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Experience with components you need (e.g. ontology modeling, Fusion/Contour, report/dashboard building in Quiver or Workshop etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Palantir Foundry Development

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Foundry workflows, pipelines, and ontology.
• Proficiency with Code Repositories (Python, SQL, Java/Scala).
• Experience integrating Foundry objects into UIs via APIs.

UI / Frontend Development

• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Material UI.
• Experience building data-driven dashboards and visualizations (e.g., using D3.js, Plotly, or Recharts).

General Software Engineering

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for backend logic.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in Palantir Apollo or Foundry App Builders.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with enterprise data models, ETL workflows, and data governance.
• Knowledge of security, authentication, and role-based access control in Foundry.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Prior experience working in industries such as finance, healthcare, defence, or manufacturing where Palantir is widely used.

Role Overview

• Design, build, and operate modern, cloud-native data platforms on Microsoft Azure.
• Own end-to-end data pipelines with focus on scalability, security, governance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native, scalable data architectures on Azure.
• Build batch, incremental, and CDC-based data pipelines.
• Implement ELT patterns using Azure Synapse and Databricks.
• Develop real-time data pipelines using Event Hubs, Kafka, and Stream Analytics.
• Implement data governance, security, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor engineers and lead architecture discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Spark / PySpark.
• Experience with real-time data processing (Event Hubs, Kafka, Azure Stream Analytics).
• Understanding of ML data workflows, feature engineering, and MLOps integration.
• Experience working with C# on Azure-based data or platform workloads.
• Strong SQL performance tuning and optimization skills.
• Strong Python / PowerShell scripting skills.

Nice to Have

• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, OneLake, Synapse Engineering).
• Experience collaborating with Analytics / BI teams (Power BI or equivalent).
• Exposure to at least one additional cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
• Cloud cost optimization experience.

Role Overview

• Your Roles should be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment process. You'll lead and conduct manual and automated tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose.
• Understanding of Test architecture and Test design, Debugging and Troubleshooting Skills, Testing Process for Agile, V-Model, Waterfall.
• Develop and present QA defect and status reports, Knowledge and application of Bug Tracking in Jira.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements , find out the features that covers Functional & regression testing.
• Design and maintain scalable, reusable test frameworks.
• Define QA strategy, architecture, and best practices.
• Drive Agile QA processes within SCRUM/Kanban teams.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Standardize testing practices across teams.
Test the application after every product release in QA ,UAT and PROD environments.
• Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies through POCs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Total Testing Experience should be 5+ Years( including both manual and Automation).
• Hands-on experience building reusable automation frameworks.
• Strong coding skills any programming language like( Java, C#, python,Javascript/Typescript).
• Automation experience with any toolsPlaywright (TypeScript), Rest Assured / Karate, Selenium (WebDriver), TestNG, Cucumber.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, REST API.
• Strong understanding of test planning, strategy, and quality metrics.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix, windows.
• Good Knowledge and Experience in SQL.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on exposure to JIRA or any other project management tools.
• Experience with BDD, E2E, smoke, sanity, performance testing with Jmeter.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Agile Process.
• Experience in developing automation script using Playwright /typescript.
• Experience in creating pipeline or Executing in Azure Devops or any CI/CD pipelines.
• Conducting demos of the application for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviewing all testing artifacts prepared by the team and ensuring that defects found during the review are tracked to closure.
• Experience in any Non-functional testing Tool like Jmeter.
