Director Head of Practice - BPM

This role is aligned to all the verticals we work in and is responsible for supporting the sales team to win deals by putting together solutions in coordination with the delivery team that addresses client requirements while ensuring Lateetud’s interests are met.

The role is expected to know about all aspects of BPM, including enterprise application design, environment choices such as cloud or on-premise, artificial intelligence and robotics, Agile and DevOps. As the practice and delivery lead, you need to know the technical advantages of BPM solutions, and how to oversee one or more development teams to quickly implement BPM technology. The role is responsible to lead the current BPM team and continue to hire, train and build capabilities in this vertical. Person Specification

  • 15+ years of relevant work experience in Software Products and/or IT Services space. Proficiency in English required.
