Company

Brilliant clinical care, surrounded by operations that haven’t kept up.

Across healthcare, we kept seeing the same problem: exceptional clinical teams working around disconnected systems, fax machines, spreadsheets, and manual processes. We started Lateetud to fix the operational problems getting in their way.

How we got here

It started with a simple, slightly maddening observation.

Walk into almost any health system or health plan and you will find world-class clinical talent doing careful, high-stakes work. Then look at the operations that surround them: a referral faxed and re-keyed by hand, a prior-auth packet sitting in a queue, a schedule built in one tool and paid from another, a claim waiting on a report nobody has time to run.

These problems rarely come down to one person or one system. It is what happens when good people are handed disconnected systems and told to make it work. But the cost is real, and it is quietly enormous: patients wait longer, revenue slips away, and skilled people spend their days on work no one enjoys.

We are not here to reinvent medicine. We are here to fix the mess around it.

That’s what Lateetud is built to do. We find where work breaks down between care and payment, then bring the expertise, data, and automation needed to fix it. And when we see the same problem across organizations, we build a platform to solve it more consistently. Measured, accountable, and without asking you to throw out the systems you already run.

How we've evolved

Our platforms weren't conceived in a product roadmap.

They came from problems we had already solved in the field. That's why we are both a services company and a software company. We solve the problem first, then build platforms around what proves repeatable.

What we believe

A few things we believe strongly.

These principles have shaped how we work with clients and what we choose to build.

Start with the problem, not the technology.

AI, automation, and platforms are tools. We begin with what needs to improve and choose the simplest approach that will get us there.

Work with the systems you already have.

Your EHR and claims platforms are central to your operation. We connect to them, build around them, and avoid unnecessary disruption.

Keep people in control of important decisions.

We use AI where it helps, apply checks where accuracy matters, and keep human review where the consequences demand it.

Show the result.

We establish a baseline, measure what changes, and make sure our clients can see the difference.

What it is like to work with us

We start small, prove it, and do not disappear after go-live.

We’ve seen what happens when large transformation programs take too long to show results. That’s not how we work. We find the one workflow costing you the most, prove the value on your own numbers, build the fix, and run it with you. When it works, we expand. When it does not, you have not bet the operation on it.

Deploy something we have already built, build something specific to you, or transform an operation end to end. Whichever it is, we are accountable for the outcome, not just the software or the slide deck.

Why we bother

Fix the operation, and care gets easier for everyone.

Behind every delayed referral, scheduling gap, or stalled approval is someone waiting, and someone working to move things forward. When we make those processes work better, patients get care sooner and healthcare teams get more time for the work that matters.

Tell us what’s slowing your operation down.

Show us the workflow that's slowing you down. We'll work with you to understand the problem, quantify the opportunity, and decide what makes sense to fix.
