How we work
We start with the outcome you need, then work out what has to change.
Not every healthcare problem needs new software. Some need a better workflow. Others need better data, automation, or a combination. We work with your teams to understand what is slowing the operation down, what it is costing, and what needs to change.
From identifying the problem to measuring what changed.
This is how we generally work, whether the engagement starts from a product we already have or a custom build. We start by understanding the work and its cost, agree on what success looks like, make the changes, and measure the results.

Measure and improve
One operating model. Different starting points.
Deploy
Start with a solution we have already built, such as Apex, Encore, or OnboardMD, and adapt it to your operation.
Build
When an existing solution does not fit, we design and build the capability your operation needs.
Transform
When the problem spans departments and systems, we change how the work gets done across them, not just one workflow.

We help you establish the governance, priorities, and delivery capability to put AI to work across your organization. AI Center of Excellence →
The principles we hold to.
Outcome before technology
We agree on the business result first. Then we decide whether the answer is process change, data, automation, software, or a combination.
Work with what works
We build around the EHRs, claims systems, and other platforms your teams already use. Replacing a core system is not our starting assumption, and security, PHI handling, and required approvals are addressed as part of delivery.
Prove before you scale
We establish a baseline, test the change, and measure what improved before expanding it.
Stay accountable to the outcome
Our teams work alongside yours through implementation and into operation, and we measure whether the change delivers the result we agreed on.
A real engagement
Provider onboarding, run this way.
One health system was onboarding providers across 18 to 20 teams on disconnected spreadsheets, with no single owner and no current view of where things stood. We started by measuring the manual coordination and where delays were happening, then brought 157 onboarding and offboarding tasks onto one tracked workflow, integrated with the systems already in place.
It runs live across the system now. Teams can see outstanding tasks and delays in one place, rather than discovering them through separate follow-ups. The result was measured in production.

Tell us where work is slowing down, where costs are rising, or where patients and members are getting stuck. We will help identify the problem, what it costs, and what can be done about it.
