Murali is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience spread across areas of strategy, technology, management, and consulting. Prior to Lateetud he led the Solution Engineering Team for CSS Corp in North America. Murali is currently focused on building reusable solutions that bring together Business Process Management, Robotic.

Richard Olivieri heads Lateetud’s Solutions and Professional Services team, bringing over 20 years of experience building high-performance business operations.  His strong track record of accelerating financial returns and increasing operational agility position his clients to outperform their competition.  His expertise lies in a wide range of industries (electronics, industrial, biomedical manufacturing, cruise ship construction, hospitality, information technology, sales, supply chain, marketing, casino, and food & beverage operations). Richard has a formal education in industrial and systems engineering, a six-sigma black belt, and a broad background in process improvement, management consulting, BPM, and RPA.

Prabhakaran has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of IT services organizations in the past 20 years. He led global delivery, program management and technical functions for a variety of industry groups [Healthcare, Information Services, Airlines and Insurance] for marquee Fortune 100 clients. Prabha has rich experience in Digital transformation, application modernization, multi-country platform and tool upgrades.

Craig is an entrepreneur and software engineer with 20+ years in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. His expertise includes software development, automation architecture, business analysis, data mining and lean startup. At Lateetud, Craig is responsible for providing innovative automation solutions and services to Lateetud clients.

Ganesh is a seasoned technical professional with over 19 years of demonstrated expertise in managing solutions for stand-alone, intranet, client-server, and web-based projects. He has substantial experience in designing and executing solutions for complex business problems, specializing in Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Banking, and Small Business banking domains. Ganesh's passion is to be a results-oriented decisive leader in consulting, architecture, and implementing solutions that adapt Agile methodology and latest technologies. Prior to joining Lateetud, Ganesh worked on implementing solutions from ground zero to large-scale projects for Bank of America, Citibank, TMNAS, Chubb, and various government agencies.

Ranjan has more than 29 years of experience in software product development and delivery, product management, presales and managed services. Prior to Lateetud, he was Head of Presales at Sixth Sense Media (later Evolving Systems). Ranjan is currently focused on Lateetud’s Offshore Delivery.

Manali serves as an HR Manager bringing over 10+ years of HR experience in the IT Industry. Prior to joining Lateetud, she managed Human Resources function in small to mid-size IT companies. She has a passion for helping build high levels of trust between leaders and employees to foster engagement and vitality in organizational culture with a strong work ethic. She is a leader to organizations in supporting corporate growth by designing and implementing effective people programs.
